1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SportToken ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies, market rules, or disclosures made available through the platform. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is lawful. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws, rules, and regulations that apply to you.

3. Prediction Market Trading

SportToken is a sports prediction market interface. Users may buy, sell, close, or otherwise trade event-based positions whose values are tied to the outcome of real-world events. Prices shown on the platform reflect market-based or house-generated pricing logic and may change rapidly as market conditions, inventory, risk settings, and data inputs change.

4. Market Mechanics and Pricing

Prices, charts, order books, spreads, depth, liquidity displays, estimated payouts, leverage previews, and similar interface elements are informational tools only. They may be derived from third-party odds feeds, internal pricing models, inventory curves, or other data sources. We do not guarantee that any quoted price, displayed fill, or estimated payout will remain available at the moment you submit or confirm a trade.

5. Wallets, Accounts, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining control of your wallet, private keys, authentication credentials, and any device used to access the Service. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your wallet or account, whether or not authorized by you. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account, wallet, or user presents security, compliance, integrity, or abuse concerns.

6. Settlement and Data Sources

Markets are resolved according to SportToken’s designated rules and data sources. We may use official league data, trusted third-party feeds, exchange data, or other market-specific sources to determine outcomes, prices, or settlement states. If a data source is delayed, corrected, suspended, unavailable, or inconsistent, SportToken may delay settlement, void a market, reopen a market, or apply a reasonable resolution determination in its discretion.

7. Fees, Limits, and Execution

Trades may be subject to fees, size limits, leverage limits, inventory limits, market pauses, and eligibility restrictions. A submitted trade is not final until it is accepted and, where applicable, confirmed through the relevant transaction flow. SportToken may reject, resize, delay, or cancel orders or trade requests because of pricing changes, market suspension, insufficient liquidity, compliance checks, wallet errors, smart contract issues, or platform protection controls.

8. Risk Disclosure

Prediction market trading involves substantial risk. Market prices may move against you, liquidity may disappear, events may be delayed or canceled, and positions may become temporarily non-transferable or hard to close. You may lose some or all of the funds committed to a position. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate any market, price, feed, liquidity display, or settlement outcome
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Engage in collusion, wash trading, spoofing, or other deceptive conduct
• Exploit bugs, latency, stale data, or platform vulnerabilities

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SportToken and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS UPTIME, DATA ACCURACY, EXECUTION QUALITY, MARKET AVAILABILITY, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPORTTOKEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOST OPPORTUNITY, LOST DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
